Hi, I'm Naj.

I started JW Advisory Group because I kept seeing the same problem over and over again — organizations investing heavily in products, technology and marketing, but leaving their most important asset on the back burner. Their people.
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the most driven executives and HR leaders in the country. I’ve built HR departments from scratch, helped companies navigate acquisitions, coached leadership teams through their toughest transitions and designed talent strategies that have transformed how organizations perform.
