Hi, I'm Naj.

I started JW Advisory Group because I kept seeing the same problem over and over again — organizations investing heavily in products, technology and marketing, but leaving their most important asset on the back burner. Their people.
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the most driven executives and HR leaders in the country.
